摘 要:以机械活化固相法制备的醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)为基底,充分溶解后与苯胺均匀混合,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,盐酸为掺杂剂,采用原位聚合法制得聚苯胺(PANI)/CAB(PANI/CAB)导电复合膜。探讨苯胺加入量、过硫酸铵与苯胺摩尔配合比、盐酸浓度以及反应时间对导电复合膜导电性能的影响,研究结果表明:CAB用量0.5g,苯胺单体加入量1.25g,过硫酸铵与苯胺摩尔配合比为1∶1,盐酸浓度1.5mol/L,反应时间11h条件下,制得的PANI/CAB导电复合膜的导电性最好,电导率达到0.255S/cm。Cellulose acetate butyrate(CAB)prepared by mechanical activation-assisted solid phase synthesis was used as substrate,which was dissolved in acetone and uniformly mixed with aniline,and then polyaniline(PANI)/CAB(PANI/CAB)conductive composite films were prepared by in-situ polymerization with ammonium persulphate(APS)as oxidizing agent and HCl as doping agent.The effects of aniline dosage,molar ratio of APS and aniline,HCl concentration,and reaction time on the conductivity of PANI/CAB were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of fixed CAB dosage 0.5 g,aniline dosage 1.25 g,molar ratio of APS and aniline 1∶1,HCl concentration1.5 mol/L,reaction time 11 h,the electroconductivity of PANI/CAB was best,with the conductivity of 0.255 S/cm.
