摘 要:棉秆皮纤维(CSBF)经过梳棉机梳理后,作为增强纤维,可通过增强聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)制备复合材料。研究了热压工艺条件对复合材料力学性能的影响以及复合材料的降解性能。结果表明:复合材料热压工艺的最佳条件:压力2MPa、温度140℃、时间20min、纤维含量40%。PBS基质中增强CSBF可以在一定程度上提高复合材料的力学性能和热学性能。复合材料水降解实验表明,复合材料表面有严重的破损,出现絮状的空洞,内部的CSBF发黑,质量减轻。Cotton stalk bark fibers were carded by carding machine and then reinforced by used polybutylene succinate(PBS)to prepare composites materials as reinforced fiber.The effects of molding-compression condition on the mechanical property of composites and the degradation property of composites were studied.The results showed that the optimal condition were as follows:pressure of 2 MPa,temperature of 140℃,time of 20 min and fiber mass fraction of 40%.The addition of cotton stalk bark fiber to the PBS matrix could improve the mechanical and thermal properties of composites to a certain extent.The results showed that there were serious cracks on the surface and cotton-like hollow inside of composites material,at the same time the quality was reduced after degradation experiment.
