摘 要:目的:研究地枫皮氯仿部位的化学成分。方法:将传统分离方法与现代色谱分离技术相结合分离纯化化合物,经波谱数据分析和文献比对鉴定化合物结构。结果:从地枫皮的氯仿提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:tashironin(1)、tashironin A(2)、14-O-benzoylfloridanolide(3)、magnolol(4)、dehydrodieugenol(5)、isodunnianol(6)、difengpin(7)、dihydrocubebin(8)、sakuraresinol(9)、rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin(10)、2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-1,3-diol(11)、bursephenylpropane(12)、3,3'-dimethoxy-4,8'-oxyneoligna-9,4',7',9'-tetraol(13)、(7R,8R)-4-O-(glycer-2-yl)-7,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,5,3'-trimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan(14)。结论:其中,化合物1、3、6、8、12为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of chloroform of Illicii Cortex. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by combining conventional separation methods and modern chromatographic separation technology,and their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data analysis and comparing with the previous literatures. Results: 14 compounds were obtained from chloroform extract of Illicii Cortex and their structures were identified as tashironin( 1),tashironin A( 2),14-O-benzoylfloridanolide( 3),magnolol( 4),dehydrodieugenol( 5),isodunnianol( 6),difengpin( 7),dihydrocubebin( 8),sakuraresinol( 9),rel-( 2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin( 10),2-[4-( 3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-1,3-diol( 11),bursephenylpropane( 12),3,3'-dimethoxy-4,8'-oxyneoligna-9,4',7',9'-tetraol( 13) and( 7 R,8 R)-4-O-( glycer-2-yl)-7,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,5,3'-trimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan( 14). Conclusion: Compounds 1,3,6,8 and 12 are separated from this plant for the first times.
