摘  要:目的:利用分子印迹技术制备左旋延胡索乙素(L-THP)微球。方法:以L-THP为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,使用沉淀聚合法制备L-THP微球,并考察该微球的吸附能力和在模拟胃液中的释药性能。结果:L-THP印迹微球能特异性地吸附L-THP,最大吸附量可达1.97μmol/g,分子印迹聚合物在模拟胃液中5 h内表现出明显的药物缓释能力。结论:L-THP印迹微球对L-THP具有良好的吸附能力和一定的缓释能力。Objective: To prepare the sustained release microspheres of L-tetrahydropalmatine( L-THP) by the molecular imprinting technique. Methods: L-THP was used as template,methyl acrylic acid( MAA) was used as functional monmer,ehtylene glycol dimethacrylate( EDMA) was used as a cross-linking agent to prepare the sustained release microspheres. L-THP microspheres was prepared by precipitation polymerization,and a test was conducted to investigate the performance of adsorption and drug controlled release in artificial gastric juice. Results: The experiment showed that the sustained release microspheres had specific adsorption to L-THP,the adsorption capacity was up to 1. 97 μmol/g,the molecular imprinted polymers( MIPs) microspheres had obvious drug release capacity in artificial gastric juice in 5 h. Conclusion: The sustained release microspheres have a good adsorption and drug controlled release performance of L-THP.
