摘  要:以甲烷为碳源,采用化学气相沉积法制备了石墨化程度高的纳米洋葱碳(CNOs),通过酸洗-煅烧-酸洗对CNOs进行纯化并作为导电剂应用于超级电容器,结果表明,制得的超级电容器比容量为143.7F/g,与导电炭黑Super-P相比提高30.6%,经过1000次循环后比容量为原来的94.8%,循环稳定性高。Carbon nano onions with high degree of graphitization was prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)using methane as carbon source.Carbon nano onions was purified by pickling-calcination-pickling and used as a conductive agent in supercapacitor.The results showed that the specific capacity of prepared supercapacitor was143.7 F/g,which was 30.6% higher than that of the conductive carbon black Super-P.After 1000 cycles,the specific capacity was changed to 94.8%,and the stability of supercapacitor was high.
