氯氧化锆修饰羽绒蛋白纤维的制备及性能研究

摘  要:通过三聚磷酸钠的蛋白磷酸化,以氯氧化锆,羽绒纤维为原料,制备一种高保暖改性羽绒。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、保暖仪和热重分析仪对其保暖性能、反应机理、表面形貌、热性能进行表征和分析。结果表明:经氯氧化锆成功修饰的改性羽绒其保暖性能有显著提升,改性羽绒较羽绒纤维克罗值提高了35.38%,热阻提高了35.43%,保暖率达到80.95%,其热性能也有较大提高,残余质量高达30.06%。足以证明氯氧化锆的加入可有效改善传统羽绒的保暖性能,使其向更加保暖、经济和多功能化等方向发展。High heat preservation modified down using zirconium oxychloride/down fiber as raw material were prepared by phosphorylation of sodium tripolyphosphate.The thermal insulation property,reaction mechanism,surface morphology and thermal property of modified down were characterized and analyzed by SEM,EDX,flat plate warmth retaining tester,filling power and TG.The results indicated that zirconium oxychloride was successfully grafted onto the down fiber,compared to raw down,CLO value significantly increased by 35.38%,the thermal resistance significantly increased by 35.43%,the thermal insulation rate was 80.95%.The thermal property was improved,the residual mass was 30.06%.It illustrated that zirconium oxychloride improved the thermal insulation property of traditional down fiber and it will be warmer,more economical and multifunctional.
