摘 要:顶石课程是针对毕业生开设的一门独立课程,主要帮助学生回顾、总结和应用过往所学知识,以衔接学生的教育经历与毕业后的职业生涯。澳大利亚顶石课程在设计上兼顾高校、学生和雇主三方需求,在课程实施过程中积极采用基于项目或问题的学习、工学结合和跨学科学习等方法,旨在帮助学生做好职前准备,实现学生由校园到职场的顺利过渡,并为学生终身学习奠定基础。澳大利亚顶石课程的经验可以为我国大学生职业发展教育提供些许参考。Capstone Course is set up mainly for college graduates to help them review,summarize and apply the knowledge they have learned during the undergraduate stage. This course also hopes to help students link up the education undergraduate education experience and the professional career after graduation. In Australia,Capstone Course places more emphasis on college student professional development. Hence the course design takes account of the need of college,student and employer all the three at the same time. The main implementing models of Capstone Course in Australia are problem or project based learning(PBL),work integrated learning(WIL)and multi-disciplinary Learning(MDL).The three aims of Capstone Course in Australia are helping graduates make work-readiness,promoting graduates transition to work and laying the foundation for life-long learning of graduates. In conclusion,the successful practice of Australian Capstone Course can provide a reference to college student professional development education of China.
