摘　　要：本文分析城市色彩与时代变迁的关系，总结提出影响城市色彩形象的三类因素，主要包括社会经济变化、科学技术发展、社会文化风尚等促动因素，特别结合居住建筑的色彩演进，揭示城市色彩中的时代发展印记，并在此基础上，研究提出符合时代发展走向的城市色彩趋势。The paper proposes three major factors which can influenced the urban color characteristics of the changing times, including the Social and economic level, scientific and technological achievements and cultural style. In particular, this paper analyzes the process of color evolution of modern residential buildings, researchs the urban color characteristics caused by the changing times. The paper explores the future trend of urban color by clarifying the development of residential building color.
