摘　　要：党的十九大胜利召开，标志着中国特色大国外交进入了新时代。本文试图根据党的十八大以来中国外交的实践以及党的十九大报告，就新时代中国特色大国外交的理念和原则问题作一阐述，以期搭建一个基本的研究框架。人类命运共同体、包容性发展、亲诚惠容、正确义利观构成新时代中国特色大国外交的核心理念；奋发有为、底线思维、合作共赢、共商共建共享构成新时代中国特色大国外交的基本原则。这些理念和原则应在中国外交的具体实践中得到应用。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has been successfully held and it signifies that Major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics have entered into a new era.The paper elaborates on concepts,principles of the major country diplomacy with Chinese features to lay out a basic research framework.A community of shared future for mankind,inclusive development,amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness,the right approach to justice and interests are core concepts.The basic principles are hardwork,bottom-line thinking,win-win cooperation and wide consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits.
