摘 要:采用烧结杯实验方法,研究了碱度(0.6~2.4)对烧结矿转鼓强度的影响,并从矿物组成及显微结构的角度分析了强度-碱度低凹区形成的内在机理。研究结果表明:碱度在0.6~2.4内,随碱度升高,烧结矿强度基本呈先降低后升高的趋势,并在1.6附近出现强度-碱度低凹区。其主要原因是碱度在1.6附近,有效粘结相(铁酸钙)含量少,矿物组成复杂,且矿相结构为交织熔蚀结构-部分斑状结构-局部粒状结构共存,结构极不均匀。当烧结矿冷却时,引起的内应力导致大量裂纹的生成,强度低,形成强度-碱度低凹区。The sinter pot experiment method is used to study the influence of basicity (0.6 - 2.4) on sinter drum strength, and the internal mechanism of formation of strength-basicity low-concave area are analyzed from the perspective of mineral composition and microstructure. The research results show that, when the basicity is 0.6 - 2.4, with the basicity increasing, the sinter strength substantially first reduces and then rises, and the strength-basicity low-concave area appears in the vicinity of 1.6. The main reason is that, when the basicity is in the vicinity of 1.6, the content of the effective binder phase ( calcium ferrite) is low, the mineral composition is complex and mineralogical structure shows coexistence of mixed corrosion structure- part porphyritic texture-local granular structure and the structure is extremely inhomogeneous. When the sinter is cooled, the internal stress will lead to formation of large number of cracks and the strength is low, thus the strength-basicity low concave area appears.
