摘　　要：介绍了柳钢2~# 360 m^2烧结机系统上进行的节能提效集成新技术,其主要有熟熔剂的精准配料技术、圆筒混合机不粘料和制粒效果提升技术、混匀料料温提升技术、铺底料粒级优化技术等。该集成技术应用后取得了较明显的效果,其有利于提高生产效率,改善产品质量,降低能耗。对国内同类烧结生产线的节能提效具有一定的借鉴意义。The integrated new energy-saving and effect-raising sintering technologies of Liusteel No. 2 360 m^2 sinter machine were introduced, including the accurate proportioning technology of roasted fluxes, technology for preventing sticking of materials on the drum mixer and raising granulation effect, blended material temperature raising technology and optimization of hearth layer material sizing etc. After the application of the integrated technologies, obvious effects have been obtained, which is favorable for increasing production efficiency, improving product quality and reducing energy consumption, and which has certain reference for saving energy and raising effect of similar sintering production lines in China.
