摘 要:提出了一种生产碱性球团时处理碱性熔剂的方法,即通过石灰石与铁矿粉混合料湿磨的方法,对碱性熔剂进行处理。通过对配加不同比例的熔剂矿粉混磨料的铁矿粉进行造球性能与焙烧性能实验,研究了石灰石与铁矿粉混磨对球团质量的影响。研究结果表明,石灰石和铁矿粉混磨能够得到较细的粒度组成,表面活性增加;使用混磨料后,生球性能指标均有所提高,生球落下强度随着混磨料配比的提高而增加;焙烧球抗压强度能够满足生产要求。A kind of method dealing with basic flux in production of basic pellets is proposed in this paper, that is, the basic flux is treated by means of grinding the wet mixture of limestone and iron ore fines. Through experiments on balling performance and roasting performance of mixed grinding material of different ratio of flux and iron ore fines, the influence of mixed grinding of limestone and iron ore fines on pellet quality was studied. The research result indicates that, by means of grinding the mixture of limestone and iron ore fines, finer particle size distribution can be obtained, and the surface activity increases. After the grinding mixture is used, green ball performance indexes are somewhat improved, the drop strength of green balls increases with the increase of proportion of grinding mixture, and the compressive strength of roasted balls can meet the production requirements.
