摘 要:堆取料机远程控制是智能料场建设的重要内容,实现后可优化人员结构、提高生产效率。供料作业部2016年启动堆取料机远程控制攻关计划。通过攻克堆料机定位、堆料高度识别、限位控制、料流位置精准定位、重停控制程序、悬臂防碰撞等技术难关,优化了混匀堆取料机的作业方式,将其纳入流程作业,实现了对其进行联锁控制。从机上手动操作、机上半自动操作提升为远程全自动操作,生产效率得到提高,设备故障率有所降低,促进了混匀矿和烧结矿质量的提高。The remote control of the stacker-reclaimer is an important part of the construction of the intelligent raw material stockyard. After it is realized, the structure of the personnel can be optimized and the efficiency of production can be improved. The feeding operation department started the remote control research plan of the stacker-reclaimer in 2016. By overcoming such technology difficulties as stacker positioning, feed height identification, limit control, accurate locating of the material flow position, re-stop control program, cantilever anti-collision and other technical difficulties, the operation mode of stacker-reclaimer is optimized, and it is incorporated into the process operation. The interlocking control is realized. From manual operation and semi- automatic operation on the machine to full automatic remote operation, production efficiency has been improved, equipment failure rate has been reduced, and the quality of blended ore and sinter has been improved.
