摘 要:目的 采用HPLC法测定并比较双室袋法与注射器法配制静脉输液中药物的含量。方法 双室袋法和注射器法配制的静脉输液及其过程中产生的残留共480份样品,考察两种配制方法对溶液含量的影响。结果 所用方法精密度、稳定性、重复性和准确度均良好,注射器法配制静脉输液的含量明显低于双室袋法所配输液。结论 所用方法均可用于相应药物含量的测定,双室袋法较注射器法可显著减少溶配过程中有效成分的损失和污染,临床用药更为安全有效。OBJECTIVE To determine and compare the content in intravenous infusion through the 2 - chamber drug delivery system method and syring method. METHODS The intravenous fluids prepared using the 2 - chamber bag method and syring method. Through the fluid residue generoted( a total of 480 samples), the effect of the two preparation methods on the corresponding solution content was studied. RESULTS The precision, stability, repeatability and accuracy of the determination method were well. Syringe method had content significantly lower than the 2 - chamber bag drug delivery system method. CONCLUSION The method can be used for content determination of intravenous infusion drugs. The 2 - chamber drug delivery system method can significantly reduce the losses and polution in the process of dissolving, and is safer and more effective than syring method in clinical application.
