摘  要:考虑到散体的流动特性对垂直螺旋输送性能的影响,通过建立散体颗粒垂直输送周期几何模型,运用离散元法模拟分析了散体在输运过程中的运动规律,研究了螺旋输送机不同转速对散体颗粒旋转角速度分布的影响,评估了传统颗粒角速度预测模型的准确性并进行了修正。研究结果表明:颗粒的角速度分布不仅与径向位置有关,还和垂直高度存在着密切的联系,传统预测模型存在明显的缺陷;修正后的预测模型与仿真计算的误差值在7%以内,体现了修正后的预测模型具有较好的适用性。这对进一步准确预测垂直螺旋输送机的性能具有重要意义。Given the effects of granular fluidity on the performance of the vertical screw conveyor, a numerical simulation based on discrete element method was conducted to analyze the motion law of the granular in the transport process with periodic boundary condition. By comparing the impacts of different screw rotational speeds on the distribution of granular rotation angular velocity, the accuracy of tradition angular velocity models were evaluated and then a correction of model was performed. Research results show that: the distribution of granular angular velocity was not only related to its radial position, but also to its vertical height, and an obvious defects existed in the tradition models; the relative error between the corrected model and simulation results was under 7%, which proves the corrected model to be better applicability. It makes a great sense to predict the performance of the vertical screw conveyor more exactly.
