摘 要:以活动钢球为中介啮合元件,在相交轴条件下提出球面摆线钢球传动;分析球面摆线的形成过程,基于蒙日曲面共轭原理推导摆线轮齿廓方程。为了考察实施这一传动的可行性,分析了顶点条件、不干涉条件和重合度,提出了传动副设计的基本步骤。研究结论为球面摆线钢球传动的制造和接触性能分析提供了理论依据。Spherical cycloidal transmission with movable steel balls was proposed with the condition of intersectingaxis. The generation of spherical cycloid was analyzed, and the equation of tooth profile of cycloidalgear was derived under the direction of the principle of molding-surface conjugation. in order to check the feasibility of thistransmission, the peak-point condition, noninterference condition and the contact ratio were analyzed, and the design procedure for this transmission was provided. The results provide the theoretical foundation for the manufacture processing and the contact analysis of spherical cycloidal transmission with movable steel balls.
