摘  要:为防止破坏高分子除冰液的化学物理性质,现有国产飞机地面除冰系统采用传统往复泵进行供液。针对往复泵存在的流量脉动问题,设计了一种新型圆柱凸轮往复泵。该泵采用奇数缸空间对称的结构布局方式:在圆柱凸轮上均匀布置3根活塞杆,每根活塞杆左右对称驱动一组液压缸。对余弦曲线进行修正,设计了正弦加速—等速—余弦减速的组合运动规律,构造出一条平滑连续的新型加速度曲线。考虑多缸流量叠加平稳性,将各活塞杆运动的相位耦合,进而推导出圆柱凸轮的廓线方程。应用解析法建立数学模型,对比新组合曲线与余弦曲线的运动学特性,计算出流量脉动率。试验分析验证了仿真结果的合理性,该新型泵可有效抑制流量脉动,为民航除冰装备研制提供了依据。In order to preserve the chemical and physical properties of the polymeric deicing fluid, the traditional reciprocating pump is used for supplying liquid in the existing Chinese ground deicing system. Aiming at the flow pulsation exist in the reciprocating pump, a new type of cylindrical cam reciprocating pump is designed. The pump adopts the symmetrical structure layout of odd cylinder in space, and three piston rods are evenly arranged on the cylindrical cam. Each piston rod drives a set of hydraulic cylinders which are symmetrically arranged. The combined motion discipline of "sinusoidal acceleration-constant speed-cosine deceleration" is designed to correct the cosine movement law, thus a new acceleration curve is constructed. Considering the stacking stability of the multi-cylinder flow, the motion phases of the piston rods are coupled, therefore the contour equation of cylindrical cam could be deduced. After the kinematics model is established by the analytic method, the kinematics characteristics of the new combination curve and cosine curve are compared. Then the rate of flow pulsation is calculated. The experimental results verify the rationality of the simulation. The new pump can effectively inhibit the flow pulsation, so that the research could provide the basis for the development of civil aviation deicing equipment.
