摘  要:环式超越离合器具有承载能力强,响应灵敏,对磨损具有较强容忍性等特点,张环式超越离合器是此类超越离合器的一个分支。文中从机械自锁的基本机理出发,对环式超越离合器的自锁原理进行了研究,探究其自锁模型。提出了一种张环式超越离合器,分自锁环节和控制环节对其自锁条件进行了分析。仿真分析表明,此类超越离合器接合过程快速可靠,具有一定的理论和推广意义。Ring typed overrunning clutch has the characteristics of high load capacity, fast response and huge tolerance of wearing. Expanding-ring overrunning clutch is one branch of the clutch. The self-locking principle and the mathematical model were researched according to the mechanism of self-locking. A new expanding-ring overrunning clutch was put forward, and the self-locking condition was research. The simulation analysis shows that the clutch has the advantages of fast response and high reliability.
