摘 要:为解决如何利用价值工程(Value Engineering,VE)和TRIZ求解工具相结合,有效解决产品创新设计过程的问题,基于VE的工作计划过程对VE与TRIZ求解工具进行了对比,探讨了二者集成的可行性,提出在功能构思阶段集成VE与TRIZ的求解工具,并将该求解工具的模型应用于智能网关音箱的创新设计中,提出一种新型智能网关音箱的概念设计方案,验证了模型的可行性与实用性。In order to solve the problems of how to use the combination of Value Engineering(VE) and TRIZ tools to effectively settle the issues of product innovation design process, the comparison of VE and TRIZ solving tools was performed based on the VE working plan process to discuss the feasibility of the integrating two kinds of tools. The solving tools integrated with VE and TRIZ was proposed in the stage of functional conception. The model of this solving tool was applied to the innovation design of the intelligent gateway speaker. A novel conceptual design scheme of an intelligent gateway speaker was proposed, and the feasibility and practicality of this model was verified.
