调肝理脾法治疗口腔干燥综合征的源流与机制

摘　　要：口腔干燥综合征与肝脾均密切相关。文章通过对古今文献的梳理,认为"调肝理脾"这一术语在古代虽偶有使用,但概念不清。通过分析及与类似概念的鉴别,笔者认为其并非具体治法,而是一个治疗大法,包括疏肝健脾、泄肝扶脾、补脾泄肝、补脾养肝、柔肝滋脾等。在口腔干燥综合征的治疗中,不仅要根据患者的具体证候选用各种对证治法,而且要虑及脾阴的重要性,用药远温燥,不忘护脾阴。Xerostomia is a disease closely related to liver and spleen. After a complete review of ancient and modem literature, it was found in this paper that although ＇harmonizing liver and regulating spleen＇ method was used as a medical term in ancient literature, the definition of which was still unclear at that time. By comparing this term with other relevant terms, it was found that the method was not a specific therapeutic method but the sum of a group of therapeutic methods including dispersing the stagnated liver-energy and invigorating the spleen, purging liver and reinforcing spleen, invigorating the spleen and purging liver, invigorating the spleen and nourishing the liver, softening liver and nourishing spleen, etc. In the treatment of xerostomia, therapeutic methods should be choosen based on the syndrome.of specific patients. Also, the importance of spleen yin should be taken into consideration, so Chinese materia medica with the effect of warming and drying function should be used at a low frequency.
