国医大师段富津教授运用逍遥散加减验案5则

摘　　要：国医大师段富津教授从医六十余载,博采众方,古为今用,精于辨证论治,善于运用逍遥散加减治疗肝经疾病。逍遥散主治肝郁血虚脾弱证,有疏肝、养血、健脾三方面的作用,段老认为,三者相互影响、相互联系,临床上应根据三者的轻重缓急,酌情确定君药。现列举段老运用逍遥散治疗经行头痛、乳癖、胃痛、黧黑斑、瘿痈验案5则,通过对上述异病同治案例的分析,总结其运用逍遥散的临证经验,以示段富津教授的辨证思路,以期为临床上应用逍遥散提供参考。TCM master DUAN Fu-jin had been practicing medicine for more than 60 years. He was good at gathering public prescriptions and making the ancient serve the present. He had rich experience in treating liver channel diseases by modified Xiaoyao Powder. Xiaoyao Powder was used to treat the syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency and spleen deficiency for three functions： dispersing stagnated liver qi, nourishing blood, and invigorating the spleen, Professor DUAN believed that these three aspects were interrelated and interconnected with others. Doctors should determine which drug was the sovereign drug according to the priorities of these three aspects. In order to provide references in treating liver channel diseases, five medical cases were listed, including menstrual headache, breast lump, stomachache, brownish Mack macula, thyroiditis, which reflected the thought of treating different diseases with same method and syndrome differentiation, and summarized the experience of applying modified Xiaoyao Powder by professor DUAN Fu-jin.
