刘持年应用益心健脑汤治疗气虚血瘀型老年高血压病临床经验

摘　　要：益心健脑汤是治疗气虚血瘀之高血压病、脑血栓形成、冠心病、心律失常等心脑血管疾病的临床经验方。老年高血压病患者年高久病,具有特殊的生理病理特点,气虚血瘀则为该病的重要病机,常可兼有阴虚阳亢、痰湿内阻等证候,刘持年教授临证中推崇"辨证精晰,谨守病机;数方相合,精于配伍;选药精专,审夺用量;衷中参西,趋利避害"的用方理念,运用益气活血为主的治疗方法,以益心健脑汤为基础方,随证应变,治疗气虚血瘀之老年高血压病,取得良好临床疗效。Yixin Jiannao Decoction is an experienced prescription in the clinical practice, and it is the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of hypertension, cerebral thrombosis, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. According to special physiological and pathological characteristics of elderly hypertensive patients with high age, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the significant pathogenesis of the disease, which is closely related to hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency and stagnation and blockade of phlegm-damp. In the TCM clinical practice, professor LIU Chi-nian praised the concept of ＇accurate syndrome differentiation, strictly abide the pathogenesis; combined with other prescription, proficient in compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine; fine drug selection, careful scrutiny of Chinese medicine dosage; combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine, draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages of Chinese medicine＇. In order to improve the curative effects of elderly hypertension, Yixin Jiannao Decoction is the basic prescription with the most important method of supplementing blood stasis due to qi deficiency, modifying herbs with the changes of syndrome.
