摘　　要：头风一病古已有之,与头痛关系密切。后世对头风的病因病机、临床表现和诊断治疗多有论述,并论及头风与头痛的鉴别。头风者,为头痛中之重症,以痛之久者为头风,暴起者为头痛。头风自内而致者,气血痰饮、五脏气郁之病,气虚、血虚、痰厥头痛之类是也;自外而致者,风寒暑湿之病,六经之类是也。尉中民教授临证治疗头风,常"临病人问所便",依患者特点,有针对性地选择内治或外治,如经络受寒,外用头风摩散;风热外袭,内服芎芷石膏汤;血瘀痹阻,选用通窍活血汤。三方加减,八法备焉;"八法之中,百法备焉"。The intermittent headache has been recorded in ancient times and has close relationship with headache. Later generations have a lot of discussion on intermittent headache from cause of disease and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and diagnosis and treatments, at the same time, identify intermittent headache and headache. The intermittent headache is serious headache, taking pain for a long time as intermittent headache but sudden pain as headache. The pathogenesis of internal damage leads to intermittent headache are qi and blood and phlegm-fluid retention, qi stasis of five zang viscera, deficiency of qi and Mood and headache with syndrome of phlegm syncope, while pathogenesis of exogenous pathogen leads to intermittent headache are summerheat dampness with cold damage and six channels diseases. According to patient convenience and characteristics, professor WEI Zhong-min treats intermittent headache in clinic with targeted choice methods of internal and external therapy. For example, Intermittent headache is treated by external using Toufengmo Powder when channel with cold damage, Xiongzhi Shigao Decoction when pattern of external assault by wind-heat and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction when blockade of blood stasis. Modifying three prescriptions has eight methods, furthermore, there are hundreds of usages.
