寒性口疮的辨治思路探讨

摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡临床上常缠绵难愈,劳累及情志刺激时常常复发。中医多以热立论,清热之剂对于大多数热性口疮而言效果良好。但临床上口疮色白或暗,全身呈现出一派阳虚之候的寒性口疮,常需用甘温之法以扶阳,温通血脉以荣溃疡之处,清上焦浮游之火以祛标热。文章结合临床对寒性口疮的临床特征、病因病机和辨证思路进行了阐述与梳理,以求为临床治疗寒性口疮提供治法与方药的参考。Recurrent oral ulcers are often lingering refractory and hard to cure, while fatigue and emotional stimulation often relapsed. According to TCM, clearing therapy as the most common one could work for most of the hot aphthous. However, some ulcers whose colors are white or dark while the whole body presents a series of yang deficiency, which were called cold aphthous. We need to take warming therapy to tonify Yang and smooth blood as well as clear the floating fire. The clinical characteristics and etiology and pathogenesis and thoughts and methods of cold aphthous, were described in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and prescription.
