顽固性失眠常见舌象特征分析及临床辨治举隅

摘　　要：舌诊为中医特色诊法,对揭示疾病的发生、发展及转归有着重要的意义。笔者通过临床实践和总结发现,顽固性失眠的舌象以红绛舌、青紫舌和齿痕舌最为常见。文章旨在分析顽固性失眠的常见舌象特征及变化规律,并结合典型病例,探讨从舌辨治顽固性失眠的临床意义,为今后的诊疗提供借鉴。As a characteristic diagnosis method of TCM, tongue inspection has a very important significance on revealing the occurrence, development and prognosis of diseases. Crimson tongue, purplish tongue and teeth-marked tongue are the most common tongue manifestation, through clinical practice and summary on intractable insomnia. In this paper, features and change laws of common tongue manifestation of intractable insomnia were analyzed, and the typical cases were combined to discussed the clinical significance of treating intractable insomnia based on tongue manifestation, and reference were provided for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.
