基于iTRAQ技术的寻常型银屑病(血虚证)蛋白组学研究

摘　　要：应用同位素相对标记与绝对定量技术(i TRAQ)对寻常型银屑病(血虚证)患者的血清蛋白进行定量分析,探求其与健康人差异表达蛋白质,从蛋白组学角度揭示血虚证的部分内涵。本实验共鉴定定量了208个蛋白质,血虚证寻常型银屑病患者血清蛋白组与健康组比较,有109个蛋白质差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。寻常型银屑病(血虚证)血清中存在与健康人表达差异性蛋白质,如角蛋白类相关蛋白、凝血相关蛋白、脂蛋白类相关蛋白、免疫相关蛋白、肿瘤相关蛋白、甲状腺素结合球相关蛋白、血红蛋白类相关蛋白、细胞外基质类蛋白等。提示这些蛋白可能与寻常型银屑病血虚证有关。To quantify the serum protein of psoriasis vulgaris patients with syndrome of blood deficiency by the application of isotope labeling technique and relative absolute quantification （iTRAQ）. To explore the differential expression of protein with healthy people and to reveal the partial connotation of the syndrome of blood deficiency from the perspective of proteomics. A total of 208 proteins were identified in this experiment, The serum protein group of psoriasis vulgaris patients with the syndrome of blood deficiency was significantly different from that of the healthy control group, and there, were 109 differences in protein （P〈0.05）. Psoriasis vulgaris patients with the syndrome of blood deficiency have different proteins from healthy people, such as keratin velated protein, coagulation related proteins, lipoprotein protein, immune related proteins, tumor associated proteins, thyroxine binding globulin, hemoglobin related protein; extracellular matrix protein, and so on. It is suggest that these proteins may be related to the syndrome of blood deficiency in psoriasis vulgaris patients.
