5种特色苗药品种的研究进展与文献分析

摘　　要：苗药与藏、蒙、维、傣、彝并称为六大民族药,其中常用药物289种,经筛选与再评价研究,已开发上百种苗药药材及成方制剂,但收集苗药的相关专著比较零散,无系统整理。文章首次梳理了苗药研究的主要专著,并重点对头花蓼、吉祥草、大果木姜子、艾纳香和黑骨藤5种特色苗药品种的资源分布和成方制剂进行归纳总结。通过分析近10年相关中英文文献、专利及基金资助情况,讨论苗药发展现状与存在问题,为其资源的可持续利用和深入研发提供依据。Miao medicine is one of six traditional national medicines including Tibetan, Mongolian, Uygur, Dai, Yi medicine, which includes 289 kinds of commonly used drugs. It has been screened, studied and reevaluated, and hundreds of herbs and drugs has been developed. However, The relevant monographs collection of Miao medicine is scattered, not systematic. For the first time, the main monographs of Miao medicine research have been sorted out. The distribution and preparation of the five characteristic Miao medicines, such as Polygonum capitatum Buch, Reineckia carnea （Andr.） Kunth., Litsea lancilimba Merr., Blumea balsamifera L.DC.and Gardneria angusfifolia Wall, had been summarized. Moreover, This article analyzed the literature of China total patents and funds of recent ten years, and discussed the present situation and problems. Finally, it provided the basis for the sustainable use of Miao medicine resources and in-depth research and development.
