摘  要:目的:通过研究黄芪和莪术共煎中化学成分的相互作用及其变化特点,揭示两药配伍协同增效的化学物质基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析黄芪单煎、莪术单煎、单煎后合并及共煎时有效成分含量的变化,定量相关成分的含量,归属黄芪、莪术主要色谱峰的来源。结果:黄芪甲苷、黄芪皂苷Ⅰ、黄芪皂苷Ⅱ、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素、莪术醇、莪术二酮、吉马酮在共煎液中的含量均高于单煎及合并液。结论:黄芪、莪术配伍的物质基础和黄芪、莪术单用的物质基础有异同,其共煎液有效成分含量高于单煎及合并液,为进一步的临床研究提供了一些实验依据。Objective: Through the study of Astragali Radix and Curcumae Rhizoma of the chemical constituents in the interaction and characteristics, chemical constituents reveal two synergistic drug compatibilities. Methods: Using HPLC analysis on the change of Astragali Radix and Curcumae Rhizoma decocted single decoction and combined when the content of effective components, the content of quantitative composition, source attribution of the main peaks of Astragali Radix and Curcumae Rhizoma. Results: Astragaloside, Astragaloside I, Astragaloside II, Calycosin, Formononetin, Curcumol, Curdione, and Germacrone in mixed decoction were higher than that of single decoction and combined liquid content. Conclusion: The results indicated that using the material basis of Astragali Radix and Curcumae Rhizoma in Combination with the material base and astragalus, zedoary have the similarities and differences, and provide some experimental basis for further clinical studies.
