摘  要:目的:建立简便快捷的X射线荧光谱(XRF)法用于鉴别硫磺熏蒸金银花。方法:制备金银花空白基质:按照纤维素∶淀粉∶植物蛋白=45∶5∶3的质量比制备空白基质。建立标准曲线:加入计量的S、Co、Al、Pb、Cr、Fe元素标准溶液,制备模拟标准品,建立标准曲线。含量测定:XRF法测定样品中各元素含量,据此判断硫磺熏蒸情况。判断方法:采用基于S元素含量的直接鉴别法和主成分分析2种方法鉴别硫磺熏蒸金银花。结果:没有经过硫磺熏蒸的样品,S<4 000μg/g;经过硫磺熏蒸的样品,S>5 000μg/g。选择Co、Al、Pb、Cr、Fe进行主成分分析,绘制3D散点分布图,结果显示,硫磺熏蒸金银花和非硫磺熏蒸金银花分布于不同的区域,能够完成定性区分。结论:XRF法可用于快速鉴别中药材是否进行硫磺熏蒸。Objective: To establish a simple and rapid method to judge whether the honeysuckle was fumigated with sulfur by X ray fluorescence (XRF). Methods: The preparation process of honeysuckle blank matrix : the blank matrix was prepared with a ratio of 45 fiber to 5 starch to 3 vegetable protein. The setting.up of standard curves: S, Co, AI, Pb, Cr and Fe were added in the blank samples to prepare the multi-element standard solution. Then the standard curves were established with honeysuckle analog standard samples as above. The determination of element content: the honeysuckle samples were determined with the standard curves as above in order to judge whether them had been fumigated with sulfur. The judgement methods: there were 2 ways to judge whether the samples were after sulfur fumigated. The one was according to the content of S, and the other one was principal component analysis (PCA) according to the content of Co, A1, Pb, Cr and Fe. Results: When the content of S element was less than 4 000lag/g, the honeysuckle samples were without sulfur fumigation; when the content of S element was more than 5 000lag/g, the honeysuckle samples were after sulfur fumigated. Co, A1, Pb, Cr and Fe element were selected to be used for PCA and 3D scatter distribution. 3D scatter distribution showed that sulfur fumigation honeysuckle and non-sulfur fumigation honeysuckle were distributed in different areas, which could meet the demand of quality differentiation. Conclusion: Compared with other methods, XRF is simple and rapid. So, the aim of judging sulfur fumigation rapidly in traditional Chinese medicine can be achieved by XRF.
