刺络泻血疗法对非酒精性脂肪肝病相关炎性因子IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察刺络泻血疗法对高脂血症大鼠血清中非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)相关炎性因子——白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-18和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响,并与针刺治疗和辛伐他汀药物治疗的效果相比较,从而评价刺络泻血疗法对于治疗NAFLD的作用。方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、刺血组、针刺组和药物组。刺血组取丰隆穴、太冲穴泻血。其余给予相应处理。治疗结束后,ELISA法测定大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α的含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组、药物组、针刺组大鼠血IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α含量均显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,药物组和刺血组大鼠血IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:丰隆穴、太冲穴刺络泻血可显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α的含量。Objective： To observe the effects of blood-prickiing therapy of hyperlipidemia rats on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） related inflammatory cytokines in serum： interleukin-6 （IL-6）, interleukin-18 （IL-18） and tumor necrosis factor α （TNF- α ）. To compare the effects of acupuncture and simvastatln drug treatment and evaluate the effect of blood- pricking therapy on the treatment of NAFLD. Methods： Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： the blank group, the model group, the blood-pricking group, the acupuncture group and the drug group, with 10 rats in each group. Fenglong （ST40） and Taichong （LR3） were selected as a blood-pricking point in the acupuncture group. After treatment, the content of NAFLD associated inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α in serum were measured. Results： Compared with the blank group, the content of IL-6, IL-18 and TNF- α in the model group, the acupuncture group and the drug group were significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Compared with the model group, the content of IL-6, IL-18, and TNF- α in the drug group and the blood- pricking group were lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Blood-pricking therapy at Fenglong （ST40） and Taichong （LR3） point can reduce the content of NAFLD related inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-18 and TNF- α in hyperlipidemia rats.
