鼻针透刺联合背三针治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比分析鼻针透刺联合背三针治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将69例过敏性鼻炎患者按照就诊顺序随机分为针刺A组、针刺B组和针刺C组,每组各23例,针刺A组选用鼻针透刺联合背三针治疗,针刺B组以单纯针刺鼻部腧穴为主,针刺C组以单纯针刺背俞穴为主,3组患者均每日1次,每次留针30min,1周治疗5次,14次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后分别记录比较3组患者的TNSS总分和TNNSS总分,并进行临床疗效比较分析。结果:3组患者治疗后TNSS总分和TNNSS总分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),但针刺A组治疗后较针刺B、C两组均明显降低(P<0.05);针刺A组临床总有效率优于针刺B组、针刺C组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻针透刺联合背三针治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效明显优于单独针刺。Objective： To conduct a comparative analysis on the clinical efficacy of nasal point-through-point acupuncture combined with back three needles of allergic rhinitis. Methods： Sixty-nine patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into acupuncture group A, acupuncture B group and acupuncture group C, 23 patients in each group. Acupuncture group A were treated with nasal point-through-point acupuncture combined with back three needles, acupuncture group B were treated with acupuncture on nose acupoints, and acupuncture group C were treated with acupuncture on points of the back. The treatment frequency of three groups were once a day, retention of needle for 30min, 5 times per week, 14 times for a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the TNSS scores and TNNSS scores of the three groups were recorded and the experimental data were compared and analyzed. Results： The TNSS score and TNNSS score of the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. However, the total scores after treatment of acupuncture group A were significantly lower than those in B and C group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of A group was better than the B and C group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of nasal point-through-point acupuncture combined with back three needles is better than that of acupuncture.
