基于“健脾益肾、活血通络法”的中药方剂治疗慢性肾脏病临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨基于＂健脾益肾、活血通络法＂治疗慢性肾脏病且中医辨证为脾肾两虚证患者的临床疗效。基于肾功能、尿微量蛋白、足细胞功能蛋白标志物以及中医证候积分等客观指标进行疗效评价。方法：依据美国NKF-K/DOQI工作组制定的治疗指南将符合诊断的患者进行单盲随机分组治疗,在治疗过程中动态观察包括肾功能、尿微量蛋白、podocalyxin、PAI-1以及中医证候积分等的水平。结果：两组患者治疗前后自身对照各项指标均有一定程度的改善,组间比较发现应用中药方剂辨证治疗的患者疗效更显著,统计学差异具有显著性。结论：中药方剂辨证治疗在保护慢性肾脏病患者肾功能和减轻临床症状等方面疗效确切,其治疗作用可能与保护足细胞及减轻肾小管间质损伤方面密切相关。Objective： Through clinical random contronl study to treat chronic kidney disease,we wanted to verify that traditional chinese midicine is utility or not. Method： We regularly tested the patients＇ blood and urine before and after treatment. Some special indexes,such as PAI-1 and podocalyxin,were tested by the way of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. These indexs were correlated with the injury of epithelial cell and endothelial cells. Result： We analyzed data by the statistics soft ware of SPSS. Both of the different ways could reduce the injure of epithelial cell and endothelial cells. It had a better result for the patients by the group of adding the traditional chinese medicine. Conclusion：Chinese medicial formulae could be used to treat chronic kidney disease and may be correlated with protecting the function of epithelial cell and the injury of renal tubule and renal interstitium. It was safe to use for the people in clinic.
