摘 要:目的:观察复方七芍降压片对SHR氧化应激的减弱作用。方法:48只SHR按血压分层随机分为4组,即模型组(SHR-M)、厄贝沙坦组(SHR-E)、低剂量治疗组(SHR-D)、高剂量治疗组(SHR-G),每组12只,12只WKY大鼠为空白对照组。连续灌胃12周,观察SHR胸主动脉血浆SOD、血清MDA和ROS以及胸主动脉p22phox蛋白的表达的变化。结果:与空白对照组比较,SHR各组血浆SOD明显降低,血清MDA、ROS水平明显升高,胸主动脉p22phox蛋白表达量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:复方七芍降压片通过上调血浆SOD水平,降低血清MDA、ROS浓度,改善SHR氧化应激状态,从而达到降低血压的作用。Objective: To explore the mechanism of Compound Qishao Jiangya Tablets( FFQSJYP) on lowering blood pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rats and the effect on oxidative stress. Method: Tweleve 8-week-old normal Wistar-kyoto( WKY) rats were used as normal group and 48 8-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats( SHR) were divided into 4 groups at random: model group,Irbesartan Tablets group( 6. 75 mg · kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),low-dose treatment group( 21. 6 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),high-dose treatment group( 86. 4 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)). 12 weeks later,we explored the effect on oxidative stress and the expression of p22 phox protein. Results: Compared with the normal group,the plasma ROS was dropped( P 〈0. 01); the MDA and ROS in serum sharply increased( P 〈0. 05); the p22 phox protein expression on the thoracic aortic sharply increased( P 〈0. 01). After the treatment of FFQSJYP,the p22 phox protein expression on the thoracic aortic and oxidative stress were dropped( P 〈0. 01),which also appeared dose-dependent manner.Conclusion: FFQSJYP had a significant decrease of blood pressure and mechanism might be to improve oxidative stress.
