摘  要:建立不同产地宽筋藤中微量元素的分析方法。采用微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定了不同产地宽筋藤中Al、B、Ba、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、P、S、Sr、Ti、Zn共16种元素的含量。在选定的最优条件下,结果显示:16种元素在0-10 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.999 0以上;回收率在91%-105.7%之间;精密度实验RSD〈2.0%;仪器检出限为0.000 1-0.007 6 mg/L。该方法测定微量元素简便、快速、准确性较好。A method for analysis of the trace elements in Tinospora sinensis was established. The contents of 16 elements( Al,B,Ba,Ca,Cr,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,P,S,Sr,Ti,Zn) were analyzed by ICP-OES with microwave digestion. In selected optimal conditions,the linear ranges of the 16 elements were ranged from 0 - 10 mg/L with a correlation coefficient more than 0. 999 0. The recovery rate was between 91% - 105. 7%. Precision experiments showed RSD was less than 2. 0%. The detective limits of the instrument were ranged from 0. 000 1 - 0. 007 6 mg/L. This method can succinctly,quickly and accurately analyze trace elements.
