冠心病患者血清sICAM-1、APN与中医证型的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨冠心病患者血清可溶性细胞黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、脂联素（APN）与中医证型的相关性。方法：选取2015年8月—2016年12月在医院治疗的冠心病患者93例（冠心病组）,其中心血瘀阻证患者24例、痰阻心脉证患者28例、阳气虚衰证患者18例和气阴两虚证患者23例,同时选取非冠心病患者100例作为对照组,检测血清sICAM-1和APN水平。结果：冠心病组患者sICAM-1为（270.26±10.11）ng/m L,明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：血清sICAM-1和APN与冠心病中医证候有关联,可作为微观辨证的参考指标。Objective： To investigate the relationship between serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ sICAM-1）,adiponectin（ APN） and TCM syndrome types in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： We selected93 patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD group） in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016,among them,24 cases of blood stasis syndrome,28 cases of phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome,18 cases of Yang Qi deficiency syndrome,23 cases of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and selected 100 patients with non coronary heart disease as control group. We detected serum sICAM-1 and APN levels. Results： Coronary heart disease patients ＇ sICAM-1 was（ 270. 26 ± 10. 11） ng/m L,significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and APN was（ 14. 72 ± 5. 22）μg/m L,significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Blood stasis syndrome and Yang Qi deficiency syndrome patients＇ sICAM-1 and APN were（ 276. 32 ± 17. 32） ng/m L and（ 17. 59 ± 7. 10） μg/m L,（ 275. 04 ± 18. 90）ng/m L and（ 17. 54 ± 6. 45） μg/m L,which were significantly higher than those of the syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel and both Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome patients（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no correlation between sICAM-1 and APN（ r = 0. 121,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Serum sICAM-1 and APN are associated with TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease,which can be used as a reference index for micro differentiation.
