三金片联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗湿热型老年性阴道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察三金片联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗湿热型老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年3月—2014年3月在医院接受治疗的80例湿热型老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。两组均采用复方甲硝唑栓治疗14 d,治疗组在外用药的基础上配合三金片内服14 d,于停药1月后复查。观察两组患者经不同治疗后的临床疗效,评价治疗前后阴道健康状况评分、阴道炎症状评分及阴道脱落细胞成熟指数,并比较两种治疗方法的临床安全性。结果：经不同治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率（97.50%）与对照组（85.00%）相比,明显要高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,均具有一定的治疗安全性。结论：湿热型老年性阴道炎患者,采用外用复方甲硝唑栓的基础上配合三金片内服治疗后,具有确切的临床疗效,能够有效改善阴道炎症状、阴道健康状况及阴道脱落细胞成熟指数。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Sanjin Tablets combined with Compound Metrnidazole Suppositories in treatment of senile vaginitis with dampness-heat syndrome. Methods： A total of 80 enrolled patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given Compound Metrnidazole Suppositories for 14 d. The treatment group was plus Sanjin Tablets for 14 d. The vaginal health score,vaginitis symptoms score and clinical efficacy were observed before and one month after treatment. Results： After treatment,the clinical curative effect,the vaginal health score and vaginitis symptoms score of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group,with statistically differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group was better than the control group on the all scores,and the clinical efficacy had statistically differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Sanjin Tablets combined with Compound Metrnidazole Suppositories has curative effect on senile vaginitis with dampness-heat syndrome.
