摘　　要：目的了解成都市中青年人高血压流行现状。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,于2015年9-11月在成都市4个区(市)县随机抽取年龄18~59岁居民1920人进行高血压流行现状调查。结果成都市年龄18~59岁居民的高血压患病率为19.2%,正常高值血压检出率为48.3%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压家族史、吸烟、过量饮酒、超重/肥胖是高血压的危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.839(1.343~2.517),1.404(1.041~1.895),1.828(1.218~2.745),2.014(1.555~2.608),均P<0.05],文化程度是高血压的保护因素。患有高血压的中青年人群合并空腹血糖和血脂异常的比例高于非高血压人群(14.6%比4.6%,47.5%比28.8%;均P<0.05)。结论成都市中青年人高血压患病率及正常高值血压检出率较高,过量饮酒、吸烟和超重肥胖等为高血压的影响因素。Objective To investigate the epidemic status of hypertension among young and middle-aged population in Chengdu. Methods Using multi-stage random sampling method, 1920 residents aged 18-59 years in 4 districts were examined. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 19.2%, and the detection rate of high normal blood pressure was 48.3 %. Family history, excessive drinking, smoking, overweight/obesity were risk factors for hypertension [OR （95% CI） = 1.839（1.343-2.517）, 1.404（1.041- 1.895）, 1.828（1.218-2.745）, 2. 014 （1. 555-2. 608）, all P〈0.05], and educational level was a protective factor for hypertension in multivariate Logistic analysis. The prevalence of abnormal blood glucose and dyslipidemia in middle-aged and young people with hypertension was higher than that in non-hypertensive subjects （14.6% vs 4.6%, 47.5% vs 28.8% ; both P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension and high normal blood pressure in Chengdu was high. Excessive drinking, smoking and overweight were risk factors for hypertension.
