摘 要:串联混合型有源电力滤波器由于成本低、滤波效果好,降低了谐振发生的可能性而受到广泛的关注。目前国际上研究的串联混合型有源电力滤波器主要有4种:并联无源和串联有源的组合系统,基于正弦电流控制的串联型有源滤波器,基于基波磁通补偿的有源滤波器和一种新型串联混合型有源电力滤波器。该文首先综述这4种串联型有源滤波器的特点,给出其谐波阻抗的区别。根据各自谐波阻抗的特点,特别是基于基波磁通补偿的有源电力滤波器和一种新型串联混合型有源电力滤波器的谐波阻抗非常大的特点,得出其中无源滤波器可以简化设计的结论,提出3种典型的简化设计方案,给出这3种无源滤波器简化设计方案的具体应用场合。该无源滤波器简化设计方案可以减少成本,大大降低系统设计的复杂性。采用2种典型谐波源的实验结果证明这3种无源滤波器简化设计的合理性。Series hybrid active power filter(SHAPF) attracts much attention of electrical engineers and researchers because of its better filtering characteristics, lower initial and running costs and reduced resonance possibility. Recently, the most typical SHAPF can be categorized into four types in terms of their operation principle: a) combined system of shunt passive and series active power filters, b) series active power filter based on a sinusoidal current-controlled voltage-source inverter, c) SHAPF based on the fundamental magnetic flux compensation(FMFC) of a series transformer, and, d) novel SHAPF. The characteristics of these four series active power filters were summarized, especially their harmonic equivalent impedances were compared. The harmonic equivalent impedances in the SHAPF based on FMFC of a series transformer and novel SHAPF were so high that the passive power filter design criterions were quite different from that of conventional passive power filter, and the passive power filters can be simplified. Three simplified passive power filters were proposed and their applications were given. These simplified passive power filters can greatly decrease cost and complexity of system design. Validity of these three kinds of simplified passive power filters is verified with experimental results with two kinds of typical harmonic sources.
