摘 要:变压器空载合闸励磁涌流注入电网可能引起严重的电压暂降或谐波过电压问题,对交直流系统及设备的正常安全运行造成不利影响,目前国内多次出现超、特高压主变空载合闸励磁涌流引起电网异常的问题。选相合闸技术已在国内电厂升压变、高压直流系统换流变等场景有实际应用,但在特高压交流系统中尚属空白。针对国内在晋北特高压交流变电站示范开展的特高压主变选相合闸技术应用实践,介绍了基于剩磁测算的特高压变压器选相合闸技术原理,并结合晋北站特高压交流工程调试系统工况开展建模仿真,比较分析了不同措施抑制变压器励磁涌流的效果,并结合现场实测结果进行验证分析。结果表明,特高压主变断路器采用选相合闸技术可以有效抑制合空变励磁涌流,推广应用价值良好。研究成果可为特高压交流工程设计、设备选型提供参考。Transformer no-load closing inrush current into power grid may cause serious voltage sag or harmonic overvoltage, bringing unfavorable influence on safe and normal operation of AC and DC system and equipment. At present, there are many problems of power grid abnormality caused by EHV and UHV transformer no-load closing inrush current. In China and abroad, circuit breakers with degaussing and closing resistors are used to suppress the inrush current, but the actual effect is not ideal. Phase selection closing technology are applied to step-up transformers and HVDC converter transformers in some power plant, but not used in EHV and UHV AC system. Aiming at pilot application of UHV transformer phase selection technology in a Jinbei UHV AC substation, this paper presents basic principle of phase selection technology based on calculation of transformer remanence. Also, combined with commissioning system scenarios of Jinbei UHV project, comparative simulation analysis on effect of different measures to restrain transformer inrush current is made and the test results are validated. Research shows that phase selection closing technique effectively suppresses inrush current of UHV AC transformer, has promotion and application value, and provides reference for design and equipment selection of UHV AC project.
