摘 要:考虑电网运行和电池电荷状态,对充放储一体化电站进行多场景优化,应用比较矩阵法提出了含一体化电站的电网供电能力评估指标,并结合连续潮流法进行评估。为更精确地评估电网供电能力,在定义节点电气距离的基础上,基于无功/电压灵敏度和有功/传输功率分布因子进行计算,在评估中引入负荷增长系数,通过IEEE 30节点系统验证所提方法的有效性,并分析一体化电站不同运行状态和接入位置对电网供电能力的影响。算例分析表明,一体化电站并网可提高电网供电能力,其大小受到充放电功率和接入位置电气距离的影响。Taking into account power grid operation and battery charge state, characteristics of integrated charging-discharging-storage station were optimized with multi-scenario. This paper defined a series of evaluation indexes taken up with comparative matrix method, and evaluated power supply capability based on continuous power flow. To evaluate power supply capability of power grid more accurately, electrical distance was defined and calculated based on reactive/voltage sensitivity and active/transmission power distribution factor, and load growth factor was introduced into the evaluation. Effectiveness of the proposed method was verified with IEEE 30-bus system. Its impact on power supply capability of power grid under different operation modes or locations of integrated station was analyzed. Case analysis proved that integrated station connected to grid can improve power supply capability of power grid, and the capability is affected by the electrical distance of connecting location and charging-discharging power.
