摘 要:为探究500 kV陕瀛线复合绝缘子异常发热的原因,采集故障绝缘子样本进行了红外和紫外检测、解剖分析、电镜扫描、X射线能谱分析等试验,结果表明,陕瀛线复合绝缘子异常发热故障是酥朽老化引起;酥朽老化是绝缘子的内部蚀损导致,其直接表现特征为局部发热,红外精确定位是早期发现此类故障的有效办法;酥朽老化的形成过程与复合绝缘子内部缺陷引起的局部放电有关,局放引起发热,伴随环氧树脂化学裂解,玻璃纤维表面蚀损,硝酸根离子产生等特征,导致绝缘子机械强度下降。In order to investigate reasons of unusual heating of composite insulators in an AC 500 kV line, this paper collects faulty insulators to perform a series of tests, including infrared and ultraviolet detection, dissecting detection, SEM detection, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis and FTIR spectrum analysis. Results show that the unusual heating of the composite insulators is caused by decay-like aging, and the decay-like aging is caused by internal defects of composite insulator, characterized with local heating. Infrared positioning detection is an effective method for early diagnosis for this kind of aging. Forming process of decay-like aging may be related to partial discharge caused by the internal defects of composite insulators. This kind of aging may belong to a form of thermal aging with main features of degradation and deterioration of epoxy resin matrix in FRP core, surface erosion of glass fiber and production of nitrate ion, resulting in degradation of mechanical strength of composite insulators.
