摘  要:运行中的绝缘子串电压分布受多种因素影响,为此选用江西省典型污秽区220 kV变电站在线运行的XWP-70绝缘子作为实验样品,研究环境湿度对绝缘子串电压分布及红外热像检测的影响,重点分析湿度对含零值劣化串的影响。实验结果表明,自然积污绝缘子串电压分布受湿度影响明显大于洁净绝缘子串,且湿度增加将降低绝缘子串电压分布的不对称性;湿度增加有利于零值绝缘子的检测,但过大湿度极易引起误判,不利于劣化检测。因此,建议检测湿度尽可能保持在80%左右。该研究结果可为基于红外热像的劣化绝缘子检测提供理论支撑,有利于降低零值绝缘子漏报率,提升绝缘子检测准确率。Voltage distribution of insulator strings in operation is influenced by many factors. Selecting XWP-70 insulators operated in a 220 kV substation of typical polluted area in Jiangxi province as experimental samples, this paper studies influence of environment humidity on voltage distribution and infrared thermal image detection, especially focusing on analyzing influence of humidity on the strings with zero value degradation. Experimental results show that voltage distribution of naturally contaminated insulator strings is obviously affected by humidity. This influence is larger than that for clean insulator strings. Increment of humidity reduces asymmetry of voltage distribution of insulator strings, beneficial to detection of zero-value insulators, but too high humidity will cause misjudgment, not conducive to the detection. Therefore, it is recommended to keep detection humidity around 80%. Research results can provide theoretical support for detection of deteriorated insulators based on infrared thermal imaging, beneficial to reduce false negative rate of zero value insulators and improve insulator detection accuracy.
