摘　　要：新生代农民工的市民化进程是一个长期、动态的过程,这一过程中需要具有适应职业转换和职业成长常态的动态职业能力提供基础性能力支撑。鉴于此,本研究将质性研究和定量分析相结合,进行新生代农民工动态职业能力初始结构构建。研究发现,新生代农民工市民化进程中的动态职业能力是由机会感知能力、吸收学习能力、探索学习能力、工作交流能力和经验积累能力构成的能力结构体系,最后在此基础上提出了动态职业能力的开发策略建议。The process of citizenization of the new generation of peasant workers is a long-term and dynamic process. This process needs to have the dynamic ability of adapting to the career transfer and career growth to provide basic professional support. This study uses grounded theory, mainly through interviews to construct the initial dimensions and scale of the new generation of migrant workers dynamic occupation ability in the process of urbanization; on this basis, through the quantitative analysis to determine the final dimension composition. The research shows that the dynamic occupational ability of the new generation of peasant workers in the process of eitizenization is composed of five dimensions： opportunity perception ability, absorption transformation ability, exploration reconstruction ability, knowledge sharing ability and experience accumulation ability, and puts forward the suggestions finally.
