摘 要:为研究特高压直流线路复合绝缘子积污特性以指导线路外绝缘配置,于2013—2014年采集了±800 k V楚穗特高压直流线路复合绝缘子表面污秽,分析其污秽等值盐密等级分布,研究线路整体积污程度,以及直流极性、沿串部位分布等造成的积污差异。数据表明:832个污秽样本中,等值盐密最大值为0.192 9 mg/cm2,最小值为0.000 7 mg/cm^2,76%样本等值盐密〈0.025 mg/cm^2;相同积污条件下,直流极性不影响复合绝缘子整体积污程度;大部分复合绝缘子表面污秽呈两端重、中间轻的分布规律;大小伞裙交叉布置时,小伞裙等值盐密明显大于大伞裙;54.8%的伞裙上表面污秽盐密值大于或等于下表面,与玻璃或陶瓷绝缘子规律不同。±800 k V楚穗特高压直流线路整体污秽较轻,现有的复合绝缘子配置合理。It is required to analyze the contamination deposited characteristics for the external insulation configuration in ±800 kV ultra-high voltage direct current transmission lines. The contaminant samples were obtained from ±800 k V Chu-Sui UHVDC transmission lines in 2013 and 2014. The distribution of contaminant equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) level was analyzed to investigate the pollution degree, the influence of DC pole, and part of insulator. Measurement results of contaminant samples show that the maximum value of ESDD is 0.192 9 mg/cm^2, and the minimum value of ESDD is 0.000 7 mg/cm^2. the ESDD value of 76% samples is less than 0.025 mg/cm^2. The contamination deposited level of insulator string is not affected by the DC pole. ESDD values of both ends in the insulator string are much higher than those of middle part. ESDD values of small umbrella are higher than those of big umbrella. Upper surface ESDD values of 54.8% umbrella samples are not less than those of lower surface, which is different from the ceramic and glass insulator. The pollution degree of ±800 k V Chu-Sui UHVDC transmission lines is light overall, and the external insulation configuration is reasonable.
