摘  要:针对常用雷电浪涌保护器无法应对快上升沿电磁脉冲骚扰的问题,设计了一种针对电源线的纳秒级电磁脉冲骚扰综合防护模块。该模块使用时域瞬态抑制和频域滤波相结合的方法,将压敏电阻和瞬态电压抑制器(transient voltage suppressor,TVS)作为瞬态抑制电路的主要器件,并研究了中间去耦电感对两种器件配合的影响;滤波模块考虑了线上共模和差模电磁脉冲干扰的防护。试验结果表明,该模块综合发挥了瞬态抑制和频域滤波的优势,可有效将1.5 kV电磁脉冲信号限制到100 V以下,具有较理想的防护效果。To solve the problem that usual lighting surge protectors can not deal with the disturbance induced by electromagnetic pulse with fast rise time, we designed a kind of synthetic protection module against disturbance on power lines induced by nanosecond electromagnetic pulse. Transient protection part in the time domain and stationary filter in the frequency domain are main components of the designed synthetic protection module. Moreover, the varistor and transient voltage suppressor(TVS) were selected as main devices in transient suppression circuit, and the coordination of two components by the numerical adjustment of intermediate decoupling inductor was researched. Then a filter was designed to deal with the common and differential mode interference in the spectral range of disturbance induced by electromagnetic pulses. The test results show that this synthetic module can combine the advantages of transient suppression and steady state filter, and the electromagnetic pulse signal of 1.5 k V can be limited to less than 100 V with an ideal protective effect.
