摘　　要：太平洋战争爆发后,整个国际形势发生巨大变化,与此相应,上海外资银行体系中,英、美、荷、比等国银行尽数被清理攫夺,法、意等国银行则难有作为,只有日资银行一枝独秀。作为日本军事和政治侵略的急先锋,以横滨正金银行为代表的日资银行功能发生转向,其主要采取垄断强制的方式控制金融市场,为日军在华中地区物资劫掠提供资金支持。Profound changes had taken place in the international situation after outbreak of the Pacific War.Correspondingly, Japanese banks were thriving in the foreign banking system while many other banks were struggling to survive. For instance, banks of the UK, the United States, the Netherlands and Belgium were forced to liquidate assets meanwhile banks of France and Germany were difficult to make a difference. As the vanguard of military incursion and political aggression, on behalf of Yokohama Specie Bank Ltd, there was a functional transition of Japanese banks from controlling and supervision in the monopolistic and compulsive way to financial assistance which could support Japanese military in plundering wealth and materials in Central China.
