摘  要:高速发电电动机转子往往采用大厚度、高强度调质合金钢板或锻件制成。其高速性能决定了转子轴向尺寸大、径向尺寸小的细长型外部特征均不利于钢板卷制成型。另外该部件极大的熔敷金属量和高质量精密焊缝,亟待应用高效率自动焊接方法。为此文章介绍了高转速发电电动机转子的卷制成型和自动焊工艺。Generally, the HV generator rotor was made of the high strength seasoning alloy steel plate with great thickness and large size or forged steel, the high speed characteristic of the motor decided the rotor' s thin and long outside feature with larger axial dimension but smaller radial dimension, being hard to roll and form the steel plate. Furthermore, there would be large quantity of melt metal in the welding line and also the welding line should be high precise and good quality, thus, the high-efficient automatic welding technology should be applied. This article emphasized on rolling & forming technology of the HV generator rotor manufacture as well as application of automatic welding.
