数控包带机在双馈风力发电机绝缘包扎中的应用

摘　　要：针对型号为FYKK07的双馈风力发电机定、转子线圈特有的绝缘包扎需求,对数控包带机进行了工艺提升和设备改善,以达到降低劳动强度,提高风力发电机线圈制造质量和生产效率的目的。Upgrading of technology and equipment improvement of the CNC coil bandage machine were done based upon the special requirement in the insulating ban- dage on the stator and rotor of the type FKK07 double-fed wind turbine generator, thus, to reach the aim of wind turbine lowing the labor strength, improving the manufacturing quality of wind turbine generator coils and increasing the production efficiency.
