摘　　要：通过对企业现有三、四级信息化系统、仪表、计量设备进行了全面改造，重点解决了影响日清日结的一系列问题：解决了产品投入与产出精准匹配的问题；解决了系统投料短缺；实现了数据的自动采集；实现了厂际、工序间的能源平衡和调差；实现了产品BOM的动态设计；最终通过信息化系统实现了各产线分铜种分规格的日成本核算和日效益分析。Reforming current level 3,4 information system,gauge and measurement device totally. Solving a series of problems related to OEC（overall every eongtrol and clear）： precise matching of product input-output, material shortage etc. Realisingautomatie data colleetion.Reafising energy balance and adjustment based oninter-plant and inter-operation. Realising dynamic design of product BOM.Finally realising daily cost accounting and daily benefit analysis by grade and dimension of all product lines through our information system.
