摘　　要：根据铸造要求设计了520mm×1620mm规格铝合金扁铸锭结晶器，确定了设计该结晶器的材质、结晶器主要参数等，设计出的结晶器用于生产5754、7075等铝合金扁锭，对铸锭进行了全分析，分析结果表明铸锭的高倍、低倍、成分、性能等均符合标准要求。According to foundry requirements, the 520 mm × 1620 mm specification of aluminum alloy flat ingot Crystallizer is designed.
